By the time we arrive at the castle I am fighting with my beast, stopping his urge to go in hunt of those responsible for the state Nari is in. The minute we arrive in front of the infirmary; we are met with a flurry of nurses and doctors. Growling at the nurse who tries to take Nari from my arms, she just looks at my mother who smiles and shakes her head.
There was no way I am letting her out of my sight. Looking at how fragile she is and still deathly pale, I knew I was acting possessive, but I didn't give two shits. I have been going through hell and by the state of the female in my arms she is in hell. Reluctantly I agree to allow them to check her but only if I was in the room.
