Jake saw the change on Allie's face. "I'm sorry. I am sorry that I asked. I never should have-"
"It's ok." Allie wiped a tear from her cheek. "I haven't talked about it since the day it happened."
"If you are not ready or don't want to tell me, I totally understand. I am sorry that I brought it up."
"Jake, it's ok, really. Just bear with me. And don't mind the tears."
"You can stop any time that you want."
Allie thought back to that day, the pain and memories still fresh. "It was just a regular Tuesday. We got up that morning, I packed his lunch, made his coffee and got Dom up.
