It was almost 11:00 a.m. when Hank woke up in the small, cheap, hopefully hard to find Easy Stay Motel on East 32rd Street. He had fallen asleep without even taking his clothes off when he got to his room, he was so exhausted from the non-stop emotional turmoil of the day. He knew he had a lot of planning to do, but he also knew he was starving, having had only two steamed hot dogs at the Connecticut gas station for dinner. He by-passed the creepy looking elevator of this five story motel, and bounded down the stairs from his fourth floor room, through the tiny lobby, and out onto 33rd Street. He walked a few minutes to the corner of 3rd Avenue, and spotted a real Jewish deli across the Avenue.
