The Council meeting happened three days after the Portland raid. Every Alpha, every senior witch, every Hunter representative gathered in the largest conference room we could find.
The tension was very strong.
"We have eight weeks," Marcus Sr. announced. "Eight weeks to locate Heriberto, prepare the power-binding ritual, and execute it before the celestial convergence completes."
