Riley POV By Friday evening, my entire life fit inside eleven cardboard boxes, two hockey bags, three duffel bags and one plastic laundry basket. I stood in the middle of my dorm room staring at everything. "How do I own this much stuff?” Emily looked up from where she was sitting cross-legged on my bed. "You own three boxes of textbooks.” She commented. “Two." I corrected but Emily shook her head and pointed toward the box beside my desk. "What's that?" I looked at the label. BOOKS — DO NOT DROP. “...Three." I confirmed. “Exactly." I sighed and dropped onto the edge of the bed beside her. The room looked nothing like mine anymore. The posters were gone. My photographs had been packed away. The bookshelf stood completely empty, and the wardrobe door hung open with only tomorrow's clothes
