Kaelen's eyes went wide. "Katia! What the hell are you talking about!"
Katia looked at Kaelen with a cold smile. "What you saw is truth, but what I saw is lies? That seems unfair."
She paused. "And whether it's a lie or not... Kaelen knows."
"How could I possibly be involved with some low-born omega! You're just making this up!" Kaelen's face flushed red.
Katia made a soft sound.
"I remember that omega's name," she said. "Casey. We worked together in the omega quarters."
At those words, Glen couldn't help but look at Kaelen.
