The border station was crazy busy when they arrived. Warriors everywhere, way more than the few people who usually worked there. Someone had called for backup.
The second Xandar's vehicle stopped, the door flew open.
"Alpha Xandar! You're back!" Allison's voice was breathless with relief as she appeared in the doorway.
Then her hazel eyes landed on Katia, sitting beside Xandar in the back seat. Her face froze, something nasty flickering across her features before she hid it.
She didn't expect Katia to come back. She thought the rogues would kill her.
Katia got out of the vehicle right away, wanting to get away from Xandar. She had barely stood up when a tall guy came walking over.
"Tyler," Aiden called out, moving to cut him off. "What did you find?"
