King Cahir sat at his desk in the study, tapping his fingers while Beta Aiden gave his report. Afternoon sunlight came through the tall windows, but it didn't help the cold anger growing in his chest.
"And all the pack members told the same story, Your Majesty," Aiden said, sounding pleased with himself. "The omega went after Alpha Xandar hard. Multiple people saw her going into his rooms late at night, sometimes staying until morning."
Cahir's jaw got tight. The words matched everything they'd heard at Snow Moon Pack, but hearing it again—said so casually—made his blood boil.
"They said she was obsessed with him," Aiden continued, looking at his notes. "Always finding reasons to be around him, wearing slutty clothes to get his attention. Everyone agrees—she seduced him."
