  The wolf was massive—easily twice the size of a normal pack wolf. Its fur was a deep chestnut brown, almost bronze where the sunlight caught it, and those grey eyes blazed with lethal fury.   Alpha Xandar.   The Omegas scrambled backward, their faces draining of color. Some dropped to their knees immediately, necks bared in submission.
