I got ready for work the next day. I went downstairs and saw the kids were already dressed and ready for school. But as usual, they were having some misunderstanding again. When will they stop doing this? I went closer to them to find out what the problem was. I said, “Alright, you two, that's enough. No more arguing.”
“Mom, Kyle took my favorite pencil again!” Kaley yelled. Kyle held my hand and said, “No, I didn't! She never even uses it.” I shook my head and sighed. They are arguing because of a pencil when there are literally many pencils in the house. I said, “Okay, let's settle this. Kyle, give Kaley back her pencil. I will give you another one.”
