I never thought that the day would come that I would see Alpha Kaleb again.
When I came back to the pack, everything was almost the same and everyone still looked like how I left them, but not Alpha Kaleb.
He looks smaller than I remembered. He was the most feared man of the pack and used to order the death of his enemies with the swiftness of his arm.
Now he is just a man who has just lost his wife. He is just a man with dark circles around his eyes. He is just a man, that's all he is.
The troublesome girls and I all immediately bow to him. He might not be Alpha anymore, but we hold this man in very high esteem.
“What's wrong with you girls?! I thought that everyone is now grown up, but you are still harassing the young girl?!” He barks at them in annoyance.
