“Don’t drink that,” Giselle yelled, her limbs moving at an incredible speed, tapping into beast mode. Her wolf surged forward, claws scraping against the inside of her skin, lending her speed no human should possess. “It’s poisoned.” The porcelain cup was inches from Enrique’s lips. She slammed into him. The cup flew from his hand, shattering against the marble floor in an explosion of ceramic and dark liquid.
