Logan’s POV
We step into the dark, and for once, I am grateful to be out of a fairly important meeting. I mind-linked Jake while the other Alphas spoke about the one pack that seemed to have gone extinct, asking him if he knew anything about it. But it happened that he was also trying to get in touch with me. He said he had something important to disclose to me, far more important than the meeting. But even though it wasn't, I still wouldn’t have spent another minute in there.
