I vanished outside the throne room and almost started crying when I felt cold hands touch my shoulders" Is everything alright" Asmodeus asked walking into the light as his face shone brightly.

I couldn't speak but just wrapped my hands around his waist hugging him tightly and started crying"Are you alright Nyx" he said looking down at me worriedly" They're going to kill him and its all because of me" I said crying and tightening my grip around his waist and he froze immediately as he realised that I was hugging him which made him question me even more" Who are they going to kill?" He asked again trying to understand what made me cry so much" Kiara and Carson are going to behead.." I said not bringing myself to even say his name" Who is it?" He asked again worry clear his voice" D..Da..Damon" I said still crying" What's going on here? You know you're not supposed to be touching her like that" Astraroth said walking towards us and freezes as he see me crying" Can't you see that I'm try to console the lady" Asmodeus said trying his best not to get angry " What happened this time?" He asked suddenly looking worried" Lord Lucy has decided to kill Damon for sending his men into the Palace" he said as he started rubbing my back" What led to that reckless decision" Astraroth asked looking around if anyone heard or saw him saying it" No need to hide I heard it" Verrine said walking into the light but stopping as he noticed Asmodeus' hand on my back" You have a death wish brother, I wouldn't advise you do that" he said as he walked closer to us and faced Astraroth" Who made a reckless decision and what is so bad about it that you had to call it reckless" He asked still facing Astraroth" Lord Lucifer has decided to kill Damon" he said looking down at his now sweating palms" Just let him be Verrine, he has a point and besides it is a bit off point though" Asmodeus said still rubbing my back" Yeah lord Lucy wouldn't kill just because some men broke into his home" he said and immediately realised what he just said" Or maybe he will" Astraroth said and looked up at Verrine" He's also doing it because Damon killed my brothers" I said still a little bit sad that people will get hurt because of me starting with either Verrine or Astraroth who had started holes into one another" What are you guys doing?" Asmodeus asked as I released him from my grip wiping my eyes" Even though it kind of was, he shouldn't have said that in front of the Queen. Does he know what Lucifer will do to him if he finds out what he just spat out recklessly" Verrine said as his eyes turned blood red and his white wings shot out from his back" Even though I will not keep quiet and let him make decisions that will not benefit us but only make us weak"

Astraroth said his golden wings shooting out from his back and he immediately charged toward Verrine who seemed more angry as Astraroth swung his claw at him" Is this how you guys are going to do when we get to the battle ground" Carson said as he walked out of the throne room and looked toward me and sighed in relief as he put his hand around my waist before standing beside him " Desy why didn't you stop them" he said looking towards Asmodeus who was standing only an inch away from me" And why are you so close to my wife?" He asked but still got no answer and he started getting angry as his normal brown eyes started getting red as he threatened to release his wings and I immediately stepped forward" Astraroth said that your decision was reckless and I kind of agree with him because I don't want Damon to be executed" I said so fast that I didn't even realise that I had given out so much information" But you do know that I didn't make that decision, Kiara did and she did it because he murdered your brothers and attempted to murder you" he said trying to help me understand why Kiara condemned Damon to death" But I don't want him to get executed" I said not wanting anyone to die because of me" No worries, Damon will be going home tomorrow night after a day of hard labour and serious flogging" he said and smiled at me and calmed down before looking towards Verrine and Astraroth who still had their hands at each other's throat ready to cut at any time" Can you guys just stop" he said looking frustrated" He shouldn't have said that" Verrine said and Astraroth withdrew his claw and knelt before the king" I am willing to accept any punishment that comes to me, my lord" Astraroth stated never looking up expecting a serious whipping or hard labour" Just don't fight in my hallway alright, both of you" I said clearing things out before Carson could speak" Long live the queen" They both said before disappearing into thin air" Took the words right out of my mouth" Carson said walking awkwardly close to me" Since I was able to take something from you, do you want something from me?" I said tempting him into crashing his lips down on mine" I'm still here incase anyone of you lovers forgot that I was still standing here" Asmodeus said as he started walking away" I've told to get yourself a woman but you're acting stout-hearted" Carson said pulling away from the kiss. I was finally relieved for about two hours before remembering that we had other problems on our hands" Are you seriously going to let Shubael kill your joy" Kiara said appearing out of thin air" Why would Berith want to go to war with us? Does he realise that we are supernatural beings?" I asked worried that we would have to kill again" Don't worry their not humans. There are more of hybrid witches and vampires" Kiara said patting my back" Seriously how's that even possible" I asked confused at how witches can cross breed" Well in the year 200 AD, a vampire fell in love with a witch which he saved from demons and she in turn fell for his act of bravery and they had a son Abaddon" she said waiting for me to catch up" Wait Abaddon is the first hybrid ever created but was known to die sixty five years later" I said shaking my head in disbelief of him still being alive" Well he didn't die until 1967 which was about a year ago" she said and realisation dawned on me" He lived for more than a thousand years" I said not realising that I wasn't asking a question but making a statement" Yes he did.

Well he was killed by a witch that used her life to take away his" she said taking both of my hands in hers" Yes I know that.

And I think I know why he wants war with us" I said and looked down at my hands" Yes Berith is very determined to fighting us but I don't know why he is doing it.

We never angered him, did we?" Kiara asked" I think I do.

In the year 256 AD, my great great grandparents were among the council of witches who were assigned to judge a case that was known as forbidden. Claire and Josiah were among the members of the council who condemned them to death by a firing squad in front of their son. After their execution, their son Abaddon went ballistics and started attacking the council and killed everyone except Josiah and Claire. Josiah was already half dead before Abaddon launched himself on him and drank his blood leaving him completely dead which drove Claire crazy and she killed him with her last breathe and magic." I said looking at her worriedly" Only he didn't die fully because four years after the council's headquarters were being cleared out, Abaddon rose up and impregnated a human making Theo half human half vampire.

But after the death of his father which cost him his life, Theodore rose being full vampire killed all the workers and overthrew the king of Shubael and crowned himself king.

" I said looking back and remembering what my mother had told me" But Berith overthrew Shubael but could not kill Theodore because he was not a vampire like Theodore which led to a brutal battle destroying almost every part of the Kingdom and the Palace before Theodore found out that Berith was his lost son which he thought he had lost during his the war that led to his father's death.

Berith realised and used his magic, his vampire powers and his demon powers and defeated his father and claimed the throne as soon as he won" I said and immediately realised why Berith was attacking us" So I'm guessing he wants you right?" She asked looking at me for an answer" I think so because Berith wrote a letter to Damon discovering the truth behind his parents and grandparent's death" I said before standing up and getting ready to meet Carson" What are you doing?" She asked as I combed my hair and walked towards the door and she stepped into the way" Stop whatever you're doing because if Carson finds out that their after you then he's just going to attack them first" she said blocking my way" Well if we're going to fight a extravagantly powerful hybrid that has almost all supernatural powers known to human nature we have to tell him" I said panic washing over me" Well we'll think of a better way to do this than for you to go and tell him that a deadly tribrid is after you" she said holding my shoulders and turning me around so that I can go sit down on the bed" Just relax, Carson doesn't need to know well just not yet" she said.

" No need to keep it anymore, I heard it all" Carson said walking out of the dark" We won't let anybody get to you, I promise" he said as he leaned over me and placed a kiss on my cheek" Then it's a good thing that we're here to help" Asmodeus said appearing out of thin air along with Verrine, Astraroth and Enoch. I layed down on my back and breathed out" Just rest okay? We move out by dawn" Carson said sitting besides me on the bed" Move to where?" I asked as I stood up hastily before turning towards him" To war love" he said avoiding eye contact" Well we should take more men because queen Nyx isn't going to like the fact that we are getting set to fight against Shubael" Enoch said as he stood leaning against the wall" We are leaving in five minutes" Asmodeus said and looked outside the window" They're coming we need to go" Asmodeus said before vanishing.

" Let's go now" Carson said releasing his wings and letting his demonic side take over" Hope you still know how to use your magic because I'm out" Kiara said before transforming and disappearing" Stay beside me for safety reasons" Verrine said before letting his white wings spread out" Well incase you forget I'm not an ordinary lady" I said as I stood up and transformed turning my reddish-brown hair to emerald green and my eyes glowed out" Woah that's some serious witch stuff right there but we should not leave you, Lord Lucy's orders" Astraroth said letting his golden wings spread out and a devilish smile on his face
