"Evana, my princess please wake up or you will be late for school."
"Mmm-hmn." I stretched lazily on the bed. Mom will always wake me up early because she doesn't want me to be late for school.
"Mom please give me five more minutes and I will wake up."
"Don't be stubborn princess."
"Do you want to be late for school?"
"Get out of bed and get ready for school. please"
It's been over an hour since I started telling mom to give me"five more minutes" but I'm still in bed. I know she will not leave this time unless I get up.
"I hate you for always waking me up this early."
"Are you sure about that?"
She asked me, winking her right eye with her signature smile plastered beautifully on her face as she turned and left my room.
"Good morning mom and dad."
I greeted my parents as I came down for breakfast.
"Good morning princess."
They both replied in unison.
we ate breakfast in silence and immediatey I finished eating, I said goodbye to everyone and drove to school.
"I swear I didn't get a thing that science teacher said today."
Lily, my best friend started complaining after our science class ended.
"Well, I think you should know the reason why you couldn't follow up throughout the lesson."
"I mean, how will you understand a thing the teacher was saying when you were busy looking at Oliver like a fool?"
I stopped walking and said angrily because I honestly don't undersrand why this girl is acting like a dumbass in front of the whole class over a man.
"Well, you can't blame me for staring at him."
"Can't you just see how handsome and hot he is?"
"Oh my gosh, I wish he could mine."
"I hope you also know he is a Playboy right?"
"Well that's what makes it even more fun."
"I mean, if I could be his girlfriend, it will be like setting a record."
"The only girl to have captured the heart of Oliver Cruze."
"Of course, you will surely set a record."
"Yay, I knew you will eventually get what I'm saying".
"You will set a record as the dumbest girl who fell for the guy that sleeps with everything in skirt."
"Was it really necessary to say that to your best friend?"
She made a pitiful face as if to say "everyone come and see, my best friend is bullying me."
"Yeah, because as your best friend, if I don't tell you when I notice you need to visit the asylum, who will?"
"Elena Melvins, are you sure that you are really my best friend?"
She shouted angrily.
"You know at this point, I don't even know what to call you, my best friend or the best dummy?"
"Please help me pick a name that suits you better right now."
"I'm telling you, if that Oliver guy sees a dog in skirt, he will run after it without a second thought."
"You know what, let's drop the Oliver matter and head to the cafeteria cuz I'm starving."
"Good, I guess this is the only sensible thing you have said in
eight out of the twenty four hours of today."
"Thanks for the compliment, shall we?"
She rolled her eyes jokingly.
"Sure, let's go grab lunch."
