Eighteen Heron assured her they had plenty of charge to make it to Bellefield and that what awaited them was soft beds, good food, and a place to regroup. To Grace that sounded like heaven after the last few days. She couldn’t wait for the soft bed in particular. As the late evening turned into night, Grace found she couldn’t keep her eyes open.
