Book of Gems

Cyra, Farima, And Andreas walked through the thick bushy forest. Indeed Cyra was really tired and her legs were hurting. “Why do we have to follow here to get the book of the gems?” Cyra asked tiredly. She was really tired and didn’t know what to do. She felt her legs hurt. Andreas turned to her calmly and shook his head. He resisted the urge to laugh at her facial expression. Farima on the other hand walked boldly, she wasn’t weak at all and Cyra indeed made her laugh with her statement.

“The keeper of the book says we can find it here.” Farima said. Cyra sighed calmly.

“Can we at least use our powers and get there, I’m tired.” Cyra said. Andreas paused again.

“If you try to use your powers over here then you’ll ruin everything. You have to be calm, we’ll reach soon.” Andreas said bluntly. Cyra knew he was really pissed from the way he spoke, she tried her best not to roll her eyes and stared at him calmly. He sighed and then turned around and continued walking.

Farima and Cyra looked at their self calmly and then continued to walk behind him. They walked for what seemed like an hour, Cyra was really tired indeed and could only wish to go back her fathers palace and rest. She was really exhausted. Farima on the other hand, was a little bit exhausted and managed to walk calmly. Immediately they got to a big building, they paused.

“Are we there yet?.” Cyra asked and Farima nodded.

“This was the place my father told me about. The guardian of the book of gems isn’t around though but, but the book is in there.” Farima said. Cyra nodded. She couldn’t wait for them to get the book and get out of the scary bushy forest. It looked all green and deprived of magic.

“How do we get in?” Andreas asked. Farima turned to look at the key holes on the door.

“Don’t tell me we need a key?.”Cyra said and Farima chuckled.

“Your fingers are the key.” Farima said. Andreas for one didn’t understand what she meant. He had to even stare at his fingers for a more clear understanding.

“You mean we have to put our fingers into this tiny key hole?.” He asked sarcastically and Farima nodded. “Just put your fingers in there and it will open, you are the chosen ones.” She said. Andreas found her words foolish but didn’t say a thing as he watched Cyra try to put her finger in the tiny key hole. To his surprise the key hole enlarged and her finger fit it.

“Wow it fit.” Cyra said while twisting her fingers around. The door magically opened.

“It is believed that only the face of the chosen ones change. Their bodies are all the same.” Andreas said.

“So you mean I’m walking with the body of a dead woman?.” Cyra asked and Andreas chuckled calmly. One thing about Amdreas was the fact that you could never truly tell if he was pretending to laugh or not. He was never the smiling type of person.

“Let’s go in guys. There is more task ahead of us.” Farima said. Cyra sighed tiredly as they entered into the dark room.

“Lights on!” Andreas said calmly and the lights in room automatically turned on. Farima stared at him shockingly.

“How did you know you could do that?” She asked. He chuckled.

“They are many things a chosen one knows about his powers.” He bragged. Cyra rolled her eyes.

“Now what do we do here?” She asked. She stared at the room which was full of books. It was technically a forest library.

“We search for the book!” Andreas said. Oh she knew he was going to give a blunt and rude reply. Typical Andreas.

Cyra didn’t utter a word and so did Farima. They simply watched the books and sighed. “Princess Farima, you take that shelf while Cyra and I will take the bigger one.” Andreas said. Farima was quick to Nope. She was glad she wouldn’t be searching for the book along with Andreas. He was a sometimes nice but most of the time he was evil.

Farima immediately rushed to her side of the shelf and searched it calmly hoping to find the books of the gem. Cyra and Andreas on the other hand searched for the book of gem together. It was really annoying standing next to Andreas. The guy was a pain in the hurt. Especially his eyes which always stared at someone as though they were senseless. They were many thing Cyra disliked about him and wishes to change.

“Search Calmly.” Andreas said to Cyra. She did not even act as though it was her he was speaking to and searched the way she liked. Andreas simply nodded his head sadly and searched his own part of the place.

“Are you guys certain this book is truly here?.” She asked. Andreas didnt even respond. He kept on searching.

“My father says it is, you have to check Calmly Cyra. Hopefully we’ll find it.” Farima said. Cyra sighed and began searching as calm as she could. She was indeed sweating and tired.

“I need to sit down.” She said and immediately sat with her back on the huge book shelf.

“Andreas, come and take a look at this. It could be the book.” Farima said. Andreas immediately walked over to her side.

“It isn’t.” He simply said. Suddenly, th great falling of the book shelf where Cyra sat behind brought them great shock as they turned around to find the book shelf on Cyra.

He screams filed the room.
