Sitting before the dining table were Cyra, Andreas, Gabriel and his mum. She had prepared for them that made them all salivate. His mum was a great cook,
“When are you guys leaving?” Gabriel asked. “And how did you guys meet in Vegas?” He added with his mouth full.
“Honey do not talk while eating.” His mother scolded and he swallowed everything in his mouth.
“I had a meeting in Vegas and there I met her.” Andreas replied.
“Cyra why is Andreas name on your arm and wait, is that her name I see on your neck?” Gabriel asked with a raised brow. His mum sighed deeply. Her son was really inquisitive.
“Cyras my girlfriend!” Andreas said, Cyra suddenly began choking on the drink she was gulping. Of course, Andreas brother was really happy at the statement.
“Please tell me you’ll marry my brother” Gabriel asked happily. Cyra and Andreas shared a look. He chuckled a bit at how her eyes twitched. It was really funny. He had never seen her look so uneasy and that made him laugh. He turned his gaze to his brother and ruffled his hair. He then took a sip of water and spoke, “Yeah, she has to marry me. Right Cyra?” Andreas asked and she nodded nervously. His mum had to laugh. It was really funny to see her this way.
“Honey go to bed, you are only allowed to play two games before going to sleep. Okay?” Mrs Catherine spoke to Gabriel who stood up on his feet and yawned really loudly.
“Good night mother, Andreas and Cyra. It should Creas?!” Gabriel squealed. Andreas rolled his eyes and so did his mum. Cyra on the other hand couldn’t hide her blush. It was really cute to see her shy, Andreas chuckled at the sight before him.
“Good night champ!” Andreas said whilst ruffling his hair. He gave Cyra a hug before running of. The boy really liked her allot. And the fact that she was to become his brothers wife in the future really made him happy. Not just him, Mrs Catherine was also happy about it and prayed that Cyra would not reject her son. She was going to speak to her about that later, Cyra was the example of an ideal troll daughter in law and she couldn’t be more happier to have her as her child.
“He has grown so much!” Cyra stared while watching Gabriel run up the stairs. She could remember the times when she used to play with the little boy. She took care of him like he was her little brother. Her mind drifted to times when she would ride around town with him in her bicycle. It was really cute to see the little boy looking not so little. One thing that she has noticed was that he had a little resemblance to Andreas, they didn’t look like their mother that much and she was certain that they resembled their father more than they resembled their mother. Though Mrs Catherine was really beautiful.
“Yes, he is not so little anymore.” Mrs Catherine said. She stared at Cyra and a wave of happiness washed over her. The splitting image of Cyras mother stared back at her. She was really happy seeing her friends face again. “You look just like your mother.” She said.
“You knew my mum?” Cyra asked in shock. She had never thought that Mrs Catherine would know her mother.
“Yeah, she was my friend.” Mrs Catherine said. It was clear that she didn’t want to continue the conversation as she turned her gaze to Andreas.
“When are you both leaving?” She asked.
“Tomorrow, after we visit Cyras grandmother.” Andreas said. Cyra immediately became happy at the thought of seeing her grandmother again.
“Mrs Marcos, she has never liked me.” Andreas mum said and Cyra chuckled.
“The truth is Grandma Anna doesn’t like anybody. I feel like she sometimes try her best not to hate me.” Cyra said and they all laughed. Excluding Andreas who kept eating silently. Anyone who saw him at the moment would know that he missed home food a lot.
“Goodnight Guys. I really need to sleep, I have a long day of work ahead of me tomorrow.” She got up and gave Andreas a peck on the head.
“Mum I’m a grown man.” He said and they all chuckled.
“Not to me my little troll.” She said. Andreas rolled his eyes mockingly. “Take your wife to your room, you guys should sleep early, got it?” She added while giving Cyra a hug. She turned around and in a swift motion, she ran up the stairs.
“Do you care to sleep?” He asked when he heard her yawn and she nodded. He immediately snapped his finger and they found theirselves in his room. It was normal male room, empty but nice. She sighed and laid on the bed along side him.
“What do you think the time is in the mysticons?” She asked.
“According to the time over there. We’ve only been gone for a minute” he said. She gasped a little and then didn’t utter any other word. They both laid in silence, Cyra didn’t utter a word as all she needed to hear was Andreas Heartbeat. It made her feel really happy and safe knowing that he was by her side.
“I think I’m not gonna reject you.” She said. He turned to stare at her. Indeed his heart skipped a beat at her statement.
“Why?” He calmly asked.
“You make me very happy.” Came her words. He couldn’t help but smile when she uttered them.
“You make me very happy as well.” He said. Indeed she was happy with hearing that from him. She wished they could be together in different ways. She couldn’t wait for them to save the world so that they can leave happily ever after. She was going to do her best to make things work between them. She was going to try her best to make him happy and that was a promise she would keep to herself.
