Gideon I woke up in a tiny cell with no windows. There was just that one door with metal bars and the stool I sat on. My hands were tied behind my back. Any other day, I could have torn the rope from my wrists and attacked my captors. It wasn’t any other day. I was naked, except for a small towel wrapped around my hips. So, they stopped short of completely humiliating me. I was drugged. Fear wrapped around me, tighter than the towel did, but it wasn’t a fear for my life.
