"Hey, Ani"s back!" Djou calls as I enter my flat.
I narrow my eyes at him. "You don"t live here."
"Nope. Nik invited us over to feast on the spoils of your Blessedness."
"Please never say that again," I murmur. "Where is Nik?"
Matia shoots off towards his room, answering my question.
"I"ll be right back," I say to my friends and make my way to Nik"s door. I rap my fingers against the wood and enter without waiting for him to reply. I"m not sure when we started doing that, but somehow, it seems to be the way we"re going about things now.
