Don Vincenzo stormed into the hospital room, his expression stern.
"Enzo, what happened?" he demanded.
Enzo's eyes met his godfather's.
"Kelly Robert's involvement runs deeper than we thought," Enzo said.
Don Vincenzo's jaw clenched.
"I'll handle Kelly," he vowed.
Bella's fragile state wasn't lost on Don Vincenzo.
He approached her bedside.
"Bella, my child, you're safe now," he reassured.
Bella's eyes fluttered open.
"Thank you, Don Vincenzo," she whispered.
The doctor arrived.
"Enzo, Don Vincenzo, may I have a word?" he asked.
In the hallway, the doctor revealed:
"Bella's experiencing trauma from her childhood, triggered by the blood loss. She needs constant protection and reassurance."
Enzo's grip on the railing tightened.
"I'll ensure her safety," he promised.
Don Vincenzo nodded.
"We'll increase security. No one touches Bella."
Later, Don Vincenzo's eyes narrowed.
"Track the person who sent the gift box," he ordered.
His men sprang into action.
Bella's safety was paramount.
In the hospital room, Bella stirred.
"Enzo?" she whispered.
Enzo's gaze softened.
"I'm here, Bella."

"Bella, we'll find who did this. You're under our protection now."
Bella's eyes fluttered closed.

"Follow it."
The investigation led them to an abandoned warehouse.
Inside, they found evidence of Kelly Robert's involvement.

Garry, Sophie's loyal assistant, was working for Kelly.
Don Vincenzo's brow furrowed.
"Garry... I thought he was loyal to Sophie."
His men exchanged uneasy glances.
