Jessica noticed more and more that someone was following her. She didn’t know what to do or if she should tell Joseph but she decided to not say anything. She didn’t know who it was or if it was Demitri and she didn’t want to blame him if it wasn’t him. Joseph came over almost everyday after work and helped Jessica study for her GED which she was going to morning classes for and was going to be taking the test in a week. She was so scared that she was going to fail but she was also excited to get this part of her life behind her. She figured out that she wanted to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. She loved babies and she wanted to work with the babies that needed help the most.
A week came and Jessica passed her test with flying colors. Joseph took everyone out to celebrate her big win and she was so happy. She decided on this day that she was going to tell him her feelings. She said, “Joseph, can I talk to you a moment alone?” He said, “Sure. What’s going one?” She said, “I have feelings for you. With all the time that we have spent together I have formed feelings for you and I was hoping you do too.” He looked at her and he said, “I do but I don’t know if we should act on them. I am your case agent and I dont want lines to be crossed. She said, “They won’t be. I wont let them. When you are at work then we are professional, but when we you come to just see me then we are girlfriend/boyfriend. He said we will try it out and see. I think you are worth the risk.
