So long as the temples and churches are full the entities are happy. Once the congregations start to drift away… then the entities are no longer fed. After ten years or so, they begin to hunger, then they start to manifest themselves as an apparition and feed off the reactions of the observers… If the reaction is not enough… the animal mutilations and chupacabra attacks begin: then there is a reaction to feed off!
