"Whoa, there's no reason for you to cry We'll always be around Be true to us, we're true to you You know we'll never let you down Whoa, there's no reason for you to cry We'll always be around Forget the past, your fears won't last Now the door is open wide" Lo Fi’s in Ibiza, Lo Fidelity Allstars featuring Lisa Millett Jude POV I can't believe she hugged me. I clung to her like a drowning man, and she was my life raft. I knew this was too much, and I also knew I needed to let her go at some point, or she'd have me all figured out, but I just could not let go. One had slid to her lower back and the other into the hair at the back of her neck. My lips grazed her pulse. I could feel her hard n*****s pressed against my chest just like her full (I'm guessing C cup) breasts. I sniffed along her jawline, feeling her tremble, but she made no attempt to push me away. "Can I ask a weird question?" I whispered. She nodded. "What scent do you wear?" I don't know why I just had to know. "Um.. Yellow Diamond. It's Versace." She whispered back, swallowing thickly. I ran my nose down her neck and across her exposed clavicle. "Hmmm." I hummed. "I like it." "Me too." She said softly. "Um, what are we doing, Jude?" She continued to speak softly, as if afraid to break the spell between us. I was totally on board with that. "I don't know, but I like it." I nipped her pulse point gently, taking it as a good sign when she made no move to pull away. I was playing with fire here, and I knew it. "Maybe..." I finally laid my lips on her neck, and dipped my tongue out to taste her skin. She sucked in a breath, letting me know she was just as affected as I was. "Practice?" I said, and she actually giggled. "Practice?" She said in a husky tone that had junior at full attention. I pulled her towards me, grinding lightly. "You know, we have to convince everyone that we're more than friends... And to do that..." I moved my lips to her jawline, then took my chance to toss her glasses aside. Seeing her light green hazel eyes, perfect nose, and arched brows nearly left me speechless. I dipped my head and barely grazed her lips with mine, my eyes locked on hers. "We have to be... affectionate." I kissed the tip of her pert nose. "And it has to look like we can't get enough, you know?" I said before dipping my lips to her full, pouty ones. My hand was splayed at the back of her head and held her in place as I plundered her lips, my tongue delving inside to explore as she gasped. It was by far, the best thing ever. My other hand slipped lower to her gorgeous ass and squeezed. She moaned into my mouth. I get it, love, I really do. A knock at the door broke us apart suddenly, and I was seriously ready to punch whoever it was in the face. I stalked to her door and whipped it open to find a grinning Ash. He may be one of my best friends, but I was seriously running short on patience with his bullshit. "Time to go loverboy. I'm your ride, and I'm f*****g tired. See you in the SUV." He said, walking away. Violetta appeared next to me, blushing. Her eyes darted around until I cupped her face and made her look at me. She sighed. I grinned. "Looking forward to plenty of practice, Vi." I said, kissing her cheek. "Sweet Dreams." I said as I left. I totally didn't want to go. I already liked her, and this was just the start to new side of everything. I'm officially screwed, and I know it. "Bye, Jude." I heard her whisper. Dammitttt. I slammed the door as I got into the SUV, making Ash arch a brow. "What'd my baby ever do to you?" He asked. I turned jerkily towards him and he lifted both hands. "Okay, my bad. I had no idea things were going well for you through the door." He said sarcastically. I huffed. "I'm sure you know that silence is good." I could be sarcastic too. "Bro, her room is soundproofed." He announced. What the f**k? Why does he know all of this s**t? "Oh my God, Jude. Chill out. I just pay attention, that's all. Eli's parents had the whole place soundproofed when we started our band." "Why would they need to if the studio is soundproofed?" It seemed excessive to me. "Guess Vi does a lot of noisy s**t too, so they just ran with it." Again, with this extra knowledge like he's some secret oracle. "Noisy s**t?" I asked, and he sighed. "Yeah, she got way more into the whole dance thing than Eli did. Literally, since she was like three I think." Ash said, and I had to remind myself that Ash had been friends with the twins longer than I had. "You sure you don't have a thing for Violetta?" I just had to ask. He sighed again. "I could, if I didn't already know how much you love her, Bro. Even then, I don't think I could ever get to your level. You love her with everything you've got man. Stop worrying about what I'm doing." He was trying to reassure me, I know, but there was just something there I couldn't ignore. For now I'd have to take his word for it. We were silent as we drove home, and there was no plopping on the couch and checking in emotionally, this time. I went straight to my room and prepped for bed. In other words, I stripped down to my black boxer briefs and nothing else. I sleep hot. I keep a travel pack of baby wipes around for removing makeup. No need for special makeup wipes, just use baby wipes that are fragrance free. Just as good and usually under ten bucks. I may not be a starving artist, but I still need to be judicious with how I spend the money I do have. I laid on my back staring at the ceiling. My hand drifted to my lips as I thought about our embrace and kiss. Junior remembered too, as he rose to the occasion. Ugh. He was getting ignored. I didn't wanna get out of bed right now. She'd smelled so damn good. Tasted so damn good. Felt beyond good. I couldn't help but consider what might have been if Ash hadn't interrupted us. I sighed. No. That would definitely have been getting ahead of ourselves. Probably crossing a line in her parents' home too, but since they wanted us all living there anyway, I couldn't help but think they expected a bit of that. Her room was soundproofed after all. Nobody would hear us, at least. My cheeks heated. Shaking my head, I tried to refocus my thoughts. Seeing Violetta without her glasses had been a revelation. She was exceptionally beautiful. Like, could easily be a model. s**t. I had loved her before I even knew what was behind the clothes and glasses, and now I was completely slayed. If she wanted to, there was probably no guy she couldn't get. My mind drifted back to Ashton. He had pretty much said he stepped aside for me, otherwise he'd be open to pursuing her. I don't think he'd had a chance to see what I saw though. I wondered what Violetta thought of Ash too. If she were to treat him like Grace does, I'd feel a little more relaxed. Grace had pretty firmly put him in his place and ignored his flirting. I don't think she realized that he was real flirting (no matter what he was trying to claim!), and any other girl would have fallen into his lap. I was going to have to keep a close eye on him, indeed.
