Chapter 9: LisaThey didn’t have to go far to find a suitable spot. Lisa’s apartment complex sported several tennis courts which almost never got used. The area was surrounded by a fence and there was a bench for spectators, if there ever were any. Lisa found it very convenient to take Terra there after she’d finished doing her business. It gave the dog a chance to run around off leash where she wouldn’t get into any trouble.
Erin managed to get herself out of the car with only a little help from Lisa, and they settled themselves on the bench.
“You play?”
