Mr. Tanaka stood up from his seat and shook my extended hand. "It's a deal."
I smiled before letting go of his hand and buttoning up my suit. "Yes. Thank you for giving the company a chance, Mr. Tanaka. We will do our best to satisfy you."
"I trust that you will, Mr. Algarotti."
I accompanied Mr. Tanaka up to the door of my office and took a deep breath while following him with my eyes. He's one of the company's biggest clients so it's not easy for me to convince him to invest in the company again even though I'm now the CEO. He's also a good friend of Dad, but I hope that is not the sole reason why he signed the contract. I hope he did so because he believes in me.
Out of all the major stockholders of the company, I will try my best to please them all.
