"THROW HER! Let her die preyed upon by a Wild Rogue! Just leave her there! Move! Move!" the head of the Hunter Deimos Pack Army commands a firm tone. The Deimos Pack Scouts are moving fast. In the daytime, dense gray clouds cloud the horizon's visible expanse. They opened the trunk of the back car, carried Verena Iridessa's body, and took her out on the border of the South Rhodes region – the heart of the Wolfgroves forest known for being savage, barren, and inhabited by various ferocious creatures. "Come on, finish quickly! We have other business to attend to. Must hurry; Master Deverell will hasten his wedding day to Miss Harlow!" "Yes, I saw the arrival of the Blood Oath Pack from Westcrowley this afternoon. Their wedding this time will be held more luxuriously and magnificently. Many people question the existence of Verena. Many people still love her and are proud of this woman! Don't you think we're treating her too harshly? Verena Iridessa like this? As long as she was with Master, she was kind to all of us. Don't you remember that? I feel so sorry for her." They throw Verena's unconscious body, half-conscious of her listening in on Hunter and Scout Deverell's troop conversation discussing Lucian and Quinn's wedding. Lucian quickly forgets, throws Verena out, and throws her in the scum. After a dozen years, she served with all her body and soul. Rena's body was full of whip scars, bloody, and a battered face. Just below the giant white oak tree, massive roots were sticking out from the ground of the Wolfgroves forest. Among the fallen dry leaves left Rena like an obsolete item no longer needed there. "Nonsense! Miss Harlow is so much better! Now, she is expecting an offspring, the successor to Deverell. The Moon Goddess cursed this cunning, murderous woman! Because Master Deverell is asking all the bigwigs of the Deimos Pack to shut up and restrict the disgrace of this horrible woman! What kind of mother poisoned her two twin pups?! If the Master is not kind, this woman will die instantly!" Lucian once boasted of Verena Iridessa. Meet while hunting. Accept a mate bond and get married. No one could ever match her beauty; having brilliant eyes and golden hair, she was known for being gentle, full of a sense of humor, and daring. The birth of her twins — Ares and Malia, further perfected her life. However, Rena never thought that Lucian would betray her. Just when Ares and Malia are three years old, she has an affair with Quinn Harlow, sealing off their forbidden relationship, and Rena is so stupid as never to find out. Right on the anniversary of their wedding, Rena comes to Lucian's company office to give him a surprise with Ares and Malia. Rena catches Lucian making out with Quinn. The nightmare continues swiftly, relentlessly, and burns like hellfire as Lucian brings Quinn Harlow into the Deimos Pack, announcing Quinn's pregnancy like casual news in the afternoon. "Hurry, we're leaving!" Quinn Harlow, a clever, cunning, hazardous woman, managed to undermine her position as Luna Deverell Deimos Pack. Destroy and take away everything. The van drove away; Rena opened her sticky eyes at the blood flooding. Moaning in pain, she felt a burning pressure that stung her entire skin. She roared in pain as she tried to move, rolling her body to the side and lying on her back with hunting breaths. "Ugh!" Rena couldn't speak or cry anymore. She had closed her eyes due to prolonged fatigue, as if she had just traveled the farthest in her life. Something descended slowly from above the sky that was as soft as cotton, feeling wet and cold on the skin of her face. "What is this? Snow?" Rena muttered weakly. Notice the sudden snowflakes falling slowly from the top of the sky. White cotton grains gently touched her face. All this unbearable pain made her numb. Rena observed the sky through the glare of empty eyes. "Is that so, Moon Goddess? Are you condemning me for being an imperfect woman? Barren?! Why are you doing this to me?! What did I do to you?! You should have punished Quinn Harlow. She killed my baby!" [ Grrrroaaarrrrrr! ] Rena jolted up vigilantly as she sniffed the arrival of a dozen wild rogues approaching slowly from all directions. The bleeding in Rena's physical wounds must have invited their hunger. "Oh, gosh," Rena muttered, half in panic. Suddenly, she felt her life was in danger. Rena desperately moved, dragging her limp legs helplessly, resting on the roots of a giant oak tree. Keep fighting for her life. A group of red-eyed wild rogues appeared behind the rows of Trees of the Wolfgroves forest, slowly approaching, barking, and intimidating the blood-soaked Rena. "Don't come any closer! One step ahead, I'll kill you!" Rena is inflamed, not afraid to threaten, leaning against the trunk of a massive oak tree; her one hope rests on a spiky twig she used to intimidate wild rogues eager to prey on her. [ Grrrrrroooaarrrr! ] Seven Alaskan brown, silver, and one alpha are Alexander Archipelago Wolves. The group of wild rogues was large and fat; there were strange scars on their faces and bodies. Verena raised the spiky twig in her hand, gazing at the Wild Rogue's sharp eyes. The thick blood from her physical wounds spurred the cruel and hungry desires of those who had targeted Rena to be their lunch. "This is bad. I need to be able to stand up." Rena tried to move her painful leg to get up off the ground. Climbing up felt impossible; her arms and chest felt crushed. It was hard for Rena to stand up just as one of the advancing Alaskan Wolves jumped up, showed its sharp canine serrations, and tried to pounce on Rena. [ Braaaak! ] Rena swung a large twig in her hand, hitting the Alaskan Wolf's head, which darted to the side. Rena's resistance only ignited the fury of the Wild Rogue group. She was helpless as they pounced together from all directions; Rena screamed in fear, shading her face with both hands. Her eyes were tightly closed. "MOON GODDESS! HELP ME!" [ Craaack! ] *** Something happened beyond Verena's expectations. The sound of the silver sword slashing at the head forced the Rogue to bend backward in fear as their Alpha Alexander Archipelago Wolf was killed and collapsed; the head separated from the body, the flesh was torn apart, wet, and Rena slumped collapsed to the ground when under her feet was a piece of the wolf's head rolling. "Oh, for heaven’s sake!" Rena had no idea of the arrival of that group of men in black suits who formed a line of protection before her, using the silver swords in their glistening-looking hands to fight off the ferocious wild Rogue who attacked Rena and almost preyed on her. However, Verena recognized the distinctive scent of this thick blood. Her eyes bulged in aghast; she was increasingly cornered and intimidated by the arrival of the line of men. "LYCAN?!" [ Holy Moon Goddess! ] Bad luck forges Rena. Lycan is the most hazardous enemy of any rogue or vampire. Verena wanted to run for her life or hide, but she could not move her painful legs. The Aura of a strong commander emanated from one silver-ash grey-haired man wearing a long black overcoat and striking among others. Stunning muscles, olive skin, physically fit, and substantial raw power. Deep-set highlights midnight's shady, cold, but sharp eyes hunt down that Wild Rogue with the deadliest effective attacks. The silver sword that slashed their heads was as easy as cutting bread: super calm facial expressions, fast combat skill movements, and eagerness. The sound of the waves was like being swallowed up by the night's fury. Under the falling snow, the man seemed radiant. "Grand Master, watch out!" [ Klang! ] Wild blood sprayed from Rogue's mutilated head and body. Transformed like a brutal battlefield. Savage howls, indignant growls, and rows of bloodthirsty serrations of the victim. The man touted as the Grand Master by all the bodyguards around him moved dexterously to dodge, using the silver sword in his left hand. Fend off the three vicious Alaskan wolves that bark, jump high, pounce, and attack simultaneously. Agile sword slashes that instantly killed three Alaskan wolves at once without any significant difficulty. Two other Alaskan Wolves still intend to kill Verena. They sprinted round in that direction, then attacked from two sides. [ s***h! ] [ Slaab! ] [ Craak! ] The Grand Master slaughtered the Wild Rogue right before Verena's helplessly cornered eyes, curled up on the trunk of a giant oak tree, exhausted. Blood splashed his handsome face. He gazed at Verena through the glare of cold eyes. Two rogues were curled up helplessly wounded above the ground, blood seeping from wounds torn wide apart. The sound of their breathless and still resentful growls; They don't accept defeat so quickly. The Grand Master turned his sword elegantly, finishing off the Wild Rogue to nothing left—blood, blood everywhere. Execute them with a decapitating s***h. The atmosphere was quiet, the cold wind gently caressing the top of the hair—the sound of a minor, brutal fight that had time to split and the end of the bloodshed. "Grand Master, are you okay?!" Beta Mael was approaching. His hand was wide open, receiving a silver sword from the Grand Master's hand. Hunter Arlo hissed fiercely as his eyes met Verena's dimming gaze. "She's a pure werewolf!" Yeah, of course. Rena knows the man in the black suit fits the body surrounding her now—mainly the cold-faced Grand Master. Verena's battered face buckled, showing a smearing expression under the guise of hostility—the same hatred and outrage from a dozen years ago. "MORGENSTERN!" Rena hissed in a hardened, furious tone. She's in a stupor. Her breath of rage snorted hate. "How dare you?! A pure werewolf does not know herself! Be careful when talking to the Grand Master! Again, you speak in a daring tone! I'll finish you!" Arlo wields a silver sword stained with the blood of the battle with the Wild Rogue, looking sorry for saving the woman who turned out to be the greatest enemy of the Lycans. He threatens rage by taking Verena's neck hostage. His eyes lit up with wrath. Arlo is ready to s***h Rena's head if the Grand Master wants it. Kaius Morgenstern raised his hand, preventing Arlo's intentions and asking him to lower the sword in hand. He was forcing a surprised reaction from the entire Hunter and Scout Osiris Pack's Guard Army, who examined Grand Master Kaius through tense and astonished gazes, even Beta Mael showing a confused expression. "Put down your sword, Arlo!" Mael confirms Grand Master Kai's speech, glaring at Arlo to obey orders. Arlo snorted irritably, his face flushed red. He lowered his silver sword unwillingly. He was throwing his gaze in the other direction. But, today, there was something strange about Grand Master Kaius. Beta Mael glanced out of the corner of his eye to interpret the expression on Alpha Kai's face that looked stunned and midnight's eyes that almost every time looked dark — this time seemed to glow brightly—straight, focused only on that pure werewolf woman drenched in helpless blood beneath his feet. "It looks like her original pack banished her, Grand Master. The wounds all over her body were traces of torture." Mael whispered barely audibly. "What do you want us to do with her?" [ Oh, no. I'm dead! ] Rena cursed her tiredness; this was the end of her life. The story of Verena Iridessa, surrounded by Lycans eager to finish her off. The expression on the face of a row of sharp, wry, angry, and hateful thickened — who could not wait to cut off her head. However, gradually, darkness fetters consciousness. Rena's eyes blurred indistinctly as the burning pressure all over her body became unbearable. Rena fainted, closing her eyes. Kai still glimpsed at Verena with a look of wonder, meaning, and confusion. It makes him distracted, irritated, and claustrophobic. "Grand Master? You want to leave her? Or kill her?" Kai shook his head. Expressionless. "Take her to the Lakeview Mansion." Beta Mael snorted, giggling. Then, he glared aghast. Kai's speech was like a lightning strike during the day. Blow his mind. "Sorry, Grand Master! Please, could you tell me again—?" "Take the woman to the Lakeview Mansion. You're not deaf, are you?" Kai absolutely replied, approaching RR Phantom and preparing to return home to Digris Northlandic. Arlo stood beside Mael, examining Kaius' vanished back behind the passenger seat of his luxury car. "What happened to the Grand Master? Did he eat wrong? Why did he want to return the pure werewolf to Digris?" "How do I know?!" Mael sneered equally. "Just take her! The Order of The Grand Master was absolute. I think he has other plans for this pure werewolf woman." Arlo growled irritably. "Blimey! It is so irritating!" ***
