Edward led me into the royal-looking building and the grandness of it all took my breath away. It was supposedly a city's founder's house that is now turned into a venue, but it's mostly used for social events, especially charities. The outside was white with accents of red brick, and it did look like it belonged to someone who had a lot of power and wanted to flaunt it at every step possible. Somehow, this type of house always had a history, a dark one almost always, leading to huge amounts of dead bodies and blood, but I guess positions in those times cost that, and they were only gained most of the time in the worst of ways.
