Edward led me into the royal-looking building and the grandness of it all took my breath away.
It was supposedly a city's founder's house that is now turned into a venue, but it's mostly used for social events, especially charities. The outside was white with accents of red brick, and it did look like it belonged to someone who had a lot of power and wanted to flaunt it at every step possible. Somehow, this type of house always had a history, a dark one almost always, leading to huge amounts of dead bodies and blood, but I guess positions in those times cost that, and they were only gained most of the time in the worst of ways.
It was royal and grand, to the point of looking like a proper museum and, according to the sign on the side wall, it was just that. It was quite similar to Edwar
