It had come to my attention the past few days, that my brother Oris had seemed in a cheery mood. Much cheerier than he usually was.
I couldn't help but notice that he and Elsie had been spending a lot of time together, and there had been signs of definite flirtation between them.
It baffled me this power that Elsie seemingly had over people. First Gracie thought the world of her, and now Oris. Perhaps Elsie was a witch, and used her craft to poison the minds of my family.
Usually Oris would spend his days cooped up in that library, his nose in a book everyday. But now, he spends very little time in the library. Especially during the day. He seems to be attached to Elsie's hip.
