The Change Of Magic

My first friend

When we get there we see Sabrina waiting for us excitedly. When she sees us, she swims towards us quickly and hugs me. I smile and she kisses my head “Happy Birthday Helga.” “Thank you Auntie” I say happily. She lets go of me and swims to Pa-Pa and Dad, and hugs them. They start to talk. And I start to swim up to the surface, because I want to see my new school. When I reach the surface I see the cutest person ever. I beg in my head for them to not see me. They have beautiful black hair in a rocker type of hairstyle. They have lovely pale skin like snow. I go under water then come back up, and I’m face to face with emerald green eyes. I squeak and I hear a boy chuckle. It was the person I was staring at! Oh nononono he probably thinks that I’m so creepy. I look back up at him and I feel my cheeks heat up. “U-um I’m sorry that I was staring at you…” He smiles and says with a kind voice “It’s okay, but what are you doing in the water?” I turn around and show him my pink and yellow tail. I faced him and looked shocked but was smiling. He asks me “ Why were you looking at me?” 

I blush at the question “U-Um  well I wanted to look at my new school, and you are so oddly beautiful that I couldn’t stop staring at you.” I then realized what I just said.  My face turns red and I groan. Why did I freaking say that! I internally screamed. I heard him laugh a little “Wait you think I’m beautiful, wow and you're going here soon?” I nod. “Yeah my birthday is today so I just got told the news. Wait um what year are you? And what is your house? The mysterious boy chuckled “Um I’m a first year and I’m a Slytherien.” I smile, I know they say Slytherien’s are bad but they are just judged. “U-um what’s your name?” I ask. He sticks his hand out and says “Darin Maxwell,  what is yours?’’ I take his hand “Helga, Helga Skodric.” He shakes my hand “That’s a lovely name.” I blush probably for the millionth time. “Thank you.” 

I hear my dad’s calling for me. “U-um I have to go back under my dad’s are calling for me.” Darin has a puzzled look on his face. “Dads?” I smile “My Pa-Pa has female organs so I am here.” He nods In understanding. “So I guess I’ll see you soon and Happy birthday?” I nod and I wave and he waves back. I go underwater and swim to my dad’s and they ask me what I was doing. I told them that I made a friend and that I couldn’t wait for school.
