MY NIGHTMARES

Chapter 1: SOLD OUT

My name is Gabriella and I just turned sixteen,I had a quiet birthday party cause I don't really have friends.I have a beautiful set of white teeth that are covered by light pink lips.

For the past years,as long as I remember we were always moving.I don't know why but we do not stay in a place for a year.The longest we have stayed in a place for a period of time is six months.

We were currently living in a town called pearl hills.I am still adjusting to the environment and trying to make new friends,aside from that everything else is okay or so I thought.

My mum and I were making dinner in the kitchen when my dad barged in looking frantic and disrupting the harmonious atmosphere.

"honey, what's wrong"my mum asked worryingly

"Pack your bags,we are moving"he said without looking up

"I understand"mum replied

" What ?"I asked

" Just pack your bags"my mum told me dismissively.

This cannot be happening, not again "Why are we living ?"I asked quietly "Knowing the reason is of no use to you"dad said impatiently

"Really?"i yelled"For the past years we have been moving from one city to another ,I never get to have friends or socialize before we move again.I want to live like a normal person, not moving around like a vagrant.I am sixteen and I want to like a sixteen year old,I want to experience life but that is not going to be possible if we keep moving.I need a reason as to why we keep moving"I yelled frustratingly

"Gabby, just pack your things"mum told me

"I will not be packing, not again"I yelled

"Listen to your mother and quit acting like a brat"my dad yelled

"I am not acting like a brat, you should consider my feelings before deciding to move"I yelled back

"Your feelings do not matter,we are doing talking about this"dad said.

I was mad,no I was enraged.

"You are so selfish, you don't even care about my feelings"I blurted out

"What did you say"dad asked

No I will not back down,not now not ever

"Gabby, apologize to your dad"mum said trying to ease the tension

"No,I will not"I told her" dad, you are SELFISH!"

SMACK!!!

I was not able to finish before dad slapped me

"D...dad" I stuttered

"Honey !" mum called softly"you should calm down"

"You should never raise your voice at me again,understood?"

"Calm down" mum said soothingly

"I HATE YOU"I yelled as I ran out "Gabby"mum called me but I was too angry to listen.

l kept running as tears kept rolling down my cheeks.I don't really know my way around the neighbourhood because we just moved here but I was too mad to think about that.

I stopped after running out of breath,I looked around the unfamiliar place.

"Did I really run this far?"I panted

I tried to trace my way back but it was useless

"Why did you have to run" I hit myself as I searched my pocket for my phone

"You left it at home dummy"I smacked my forehead

"Who would have thought you would come to a deserted place alone"a deep masculine voice said

I turned around sharply"Who are you?"

He walked towards and lifted my chin"Hmm, you are prettier than I expected"he totally ignored my question

"Who the hell are you" I swatted his hand away

"It doesn't matter who I am" he said"you are coming with me"

"Why would I do that ?" I scoffed"I don't even know you"

"Grab the girl"he said walking away

I was grabbed by two fierce looking men

"Let go of me"I yelled at them as they dragged me towards the car

"It's of no use struggling"the guy who told them to grab me said as he got into a car that I had not realised was there.

I was also pushed into the car by the two guys who were not gentlemanly at all in handling me.

I was currently sitting in the car and being on high alert.I looked at the guy seated across me.

Wow,can a guy be more handsome.He was around the same age as me but he had the aura that screamed dangerous.

Nevertheless he was handsome,with the piercing blue eyes, pink lips and baby skin. Even a girl can't match his beauty,I am so jealous.

"My parents aren't rich" I said summoning courage"Kidnapping me is pointless because you won't get a dime."

He chuckled and I mean deep throaty chuckle.

"Do I look like I'm short on cash" he asked raising an eyebrow.

That's true, everything in this car screamed luxury.

"Then what do you want" I asked" If you are not after money,why did you kidnap me"

It's more like adult nap but that's besides the point.

"You find out very soon"he said and turned his attention back to his phone.

Okay, this is gonna be a long ride.

The car stopped in front of a house,wait that's my house.

"Get down"the guy told me.

I got down and went into my house, well it's more like I followed him into the house.

Our front door was kicked open.My stomach churned as I started to have a bad feeling.

My parent's were sitting in the sitting room packing our stuffs.

"Daniel"the guy called my dad"long time no see"

Wait, they know each other ?

"Da...damien" my dad stuttered in fear

"You still remember me"damien chuckled"I thought you forgot.

"Damien, please give me more time,I promise I will pay you"my dad pleaded

Okay I don't understand what's going on.My mum was looking panicked.

"After how many years ?"he asked

"I am not here to collect any money"

"Really ?"My dad asked skeptically

"I am here for her"he said motioning to me.

He is here for me?

"what ?"my mum asked

"If you release the girl to me,your debt would be forgotten and you will get a million"he said"but if you refuse,we would have to do it the hard way"he said sinisterly

''If you take her,we won't be owing you anymore?"dad asked

Wait,is he considering what he said?

"Yes"damien replied amusingly

Dad looked at me with intense

"Dad, you are not considering what he said right?" I could feel years burning the corner of my eyes.

I looked at mum but she avoided eye contact with me.

"Take her"dad said without batting an eye

''What?"I could my heart pounding as tears poured freely from my eyes.

"Take the girl"damien said to his men.

I started struggling as I looked at my parents accepting money from damien.Those monsters,their child is being dragged away but they only care about money.

"I HATE YOU,I FUCKIING HATE YOU"

I kept struggling as tears kept rolling down my cheeks.

I was roughly pushed into the vehicle and held down by a fierce looking guy.

On a normal day,his appearance would have scared the s**t out of me, but I was too emotional to be scared right now.

Damien entered the car and looked at me with sympathy.

"There is of no use crying over the people who abandoned you"he said.

"You f*****g bastard"I yelled"You asshole, this is all your fault"

"Enough of you running your mouth" he said coming closer.

"What....are you doing"I asked frightened.

"I'm just putting you to sleep"he smirked.

My nose was covered with an handkerchief,I tried to resist but it was pointless.I felt my consciousness slipping away as I started to see him in eight different places.

"Good night"I heard him whispered before losing my consciousness completely.
