"You all are going to be having a new professor. I'm transferring to another college." Mrs Helen, the commerce professor announced.
I gulped when the demi-god I knew I f****d senseless last night walked in. He adjusted his cufflinks and wriggled his Rolex.
“Damn! He is so cute.” Aria squealed.
I gawked at her.
“What?” She raised her shoulder.
I sighed, rubbing my temples. This was bad! I mean the hot s*x part that I remembered was very… very good.
But the fact that he was my new professor, this was going to be awkward as f**k.
I watched as he walked to the front of the class and introduced himself.
"Hello everyone, my name is Jackson. I'm the new history professor. I hope we can work together, to make the ride an enjoyable one." He said, smiling at the class.
"We love you already sir." Eve, one of the girls among the incredible four said, smiling sheepishly.
I felt so jealous that I wanted to rip her into pieces that moment. I knew I shouldn't be feeling so jealous over Jackson, after all everything that happened that night was a mistake.
I was three chairs down from him. I wanted to sink into my chair and possibly slip under the table and vanish.
The lecture started. Mrs Helen was here too. They spoke about merchandizing. I barely heard most of it. It wasn’t because of the pleasant surprise, but the pounding headache I had.
Fuck me, for drinking a day before school.
Soon, the teaching was over and I breathed a sigh of relief.
“What’s up with you?” Aria nudged me in the side.
I winced. “Hungover.”
“You've been drinking? But why?"
"I got…"
Mrs Helen interrupted me midway.
“Hey Kira, how about you show the new professor around? Have a nice stay, Mr. Jackson." Mrs Helen said before she walked out of the classroom.
“Ugh, lucky you." Aria muttered.
“What?!” Did she just say my name? Me?”
Instead of scrawling I cringed. Everyone else piled out including Aria who gave me a discrete thumbs up.
In no time it was just the two of us left. I didn’t remember how I ended up in his bed and I hoped he didn’t remember meeting me. It was the most embarrassing thing that had ever happened to me. I rattled my brain for something to say but he beat me to it.
“You’re f****d too aren’t you?”
We both bursted into laughter. I wasn’t expecting that.
“Is it that obvious?”
“Kind of.” Jackson replied. He didn’t look like someone who just had a wild night and was hungover. He looked behind him at the partially open door.
“Listen, I know this is weird. I had the best night of my life last night with a stranger. She felt so sweet but yet vulnerable and soft. Before I could wake up this morning, she was gone."
Wait. He expected me to stay?
"What happened last night?" I asked, feigning ignorance. It was obvious that he couldn't recognize me.
His brows furrowed. “I know it isn’t the norm with one night stands, but…” He took one intimidating step forward, giving me small shivers.
“I would have liked for her to stay… We did share a very interesting night."
I gulped.
My head was pounding and I couldn’t force it to bring the pieces of last night together.
“Was she drunk?"
"Yeah. We were both drunk."
"Oh… uh… hope she didn’t tell you something she shouldn’t have?” I asked tugging at the hem of my sleeve.
He smirked. His scent traveled up to my nostrils and my knees went weak. I couldn’t believe I didn’t remember what it was like to be in his arms.
“Well, she told me how her ass boyfriend cheated on her with her best friend."
I stared at my feet, my face heating up more than I wanted it too. He pushed my chin up with his finger and made me look at him.
“Hey, are you okay?"
I swallowed hard and took a step back.
I wasn’t his girlfriend or anything. I was just some girl he met at a club and slept with, last night. Also he was my new professor. I would be stupid to get involved with him.
“Ummm yeah… I should show you around now.” I blurted out, trying to look at anything else but his sexy eyes.
He stepped back and nodded.
“ Errmh… hope I didn't bore you with my last night story?"
"No… not at all. It was nice talking about something off school activities and lectures you know? No professor shares their life tales with us though."
"Oh I see."
Deep down, I felt Jackson could recognize me as the lady from last night but he was trying to hide it from me.
"So, can you recognize the lady from last night? I don't mean to be nosy, I'm just not a fan of night stands." I said, wearing a fake smile.
He sighed.
"That's it! I don't know what she looked like. I only know what she smells like."
Pheew! That was a relief. I was wearing the vanilla body spray mum bought me, instead of the floral perfume I wore last night. Thanks to his words, I won't wear it to school anymore.
We walked into the elevator. I wanted to start showing him the college from the outside. It was quite a big building.
All of a sudden, Jackson hit the stop button and the elevator rattled to a halt. I gripped the wall and gasped.
“Oh my gosh!”
He cornered me, pining me to the wall.
“You haven't told me your name yet."
“Ermh… It's Kira." I muttered nervously.
His lips brushed mine in one hungry motion. I opened up to let him explore and moaned as his hands traveled down my cheeks to cup my ass.
Was this a glimpse of last night?
My body was starting to recall. I almost forgot we were in public and started to grind against the solid imprint on his pants.
I pulled back. “No. I'm really sorry sir."
“What? You don’t want to?”
“It isn’t that. We can’t."
