Chapter 3: The Prince's Proposition Prince Charm's eyes gleamed with intensity as he approached the maid in the dungeon. "Do you know her?" he demanded, his voice low and menacing. The maid cowered, her eyes darting towards the princess. "Who, my prince?" she stammered. Prince Charm's foot lashed out, kicking her. "Don't play dumb! Your fellow prisoner!" he shouted. The maid cried out in pain, her eyes welling up with tears. But even under duress, she continued to deny knowing Princess Lora. Prince Charm's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with the implications. He signaled to his guards, who dragged the maid away. Later that night, Prince Charm approached the maid in his chambers, his eyes burning with intensity. "I have a proposition for you," he said, his voice low and husky. The maid's heart skipped a beat as she processed his words. She felt a mix of emotions: shock, fear, but also a spark of curiosity. "What do you mean?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. Prince Charm's smile was seductive. "I mean that I want you to surrender to me, body and soul. I want to be your master, and you my willing servant." The maid's eyes searched his face, trying to read his intentions. She knew that she should be afraid, but a part of her was drawn to the prince's words. As the night wore on, the maid found herself succumbing to Prince Charm's charms. She agreed to his proposition, and he led her to his bed. Meanwhile, Prince Finn visited Princess Lora in the dungeon, bringing food as usual. But as he looked into her eyes, he felt a spark of recognition. Could it be true that Princess Lora was his mate? As the night wore on, Prince Finn found himself drawn to Princess Lora's charms. But he pushed the thought aside, knowing that he couldn't afford to get distracted. The next morning, Prince Charm woke up feeling tired and groggy. He rolled around in bed and realized someone was lying next to him. He sluggishly opened his eyes to find the maid still sleeping. His eyes widened in shock, and he immediately jumped out of bed. The maid stirred, and Prince Charm shouted, "Hey, what are you doing in my bed? Get out!" The maid quickly got dressed and headed for the door. Prince Charm stopped her, pulling out a bundle of money from his drawer. "Take this, but let no one know about last night. If you do, you'll regret it." The maid took the money and left the room, feeling a mix of emotions. She was relieved to have escaped the prince's wrath, but also hurt by his harsh words. As she walked down the hallway, she ran into Prince Finn. "What's wrong?" he asked, noticing her tears. The maid shook her head, not wanting to talk about it. But Prince Finn's kind eyes and gentle smile put her at ease, and she found herself opening up to him. "I was just with Prince Charm," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "He...he did things to me." Prince Finn's expression turned dark, his eyes flashing with anger. "I'm sorry," he said, his voice low and gentle. "No one deserves to be treated that way." The maid smiled weakly, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Prince Finn. "Thank you," she said. "Just talking to you makes me feel better." Prince Finn smiled back, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Anytime," he said. "I'm here for you." As they parted ways, the maid couldn't help but feel a spark of hope. Maybe, just maybe, she had found a true friend in Prince Finn. Meanwhile, Prince Charm was seething with anger. He had failed to get any information out of the maid, and now he was more determined than ever to claim the throne. He stormed into his brother's chambers, his eyes blazing with fury. "You think you're so clever, don't you?" he snarled. "But I'll show you. I'll show you all." Prince Finn looked up from his book, his expression calm and serene. "What's wrong, brother?" he asked. Prince Charm's laughter was cold and menacing. "You'll find out soon enough," he said. "Just wait and see." And with that, he stormed out of the room, leaving Prince Finn to wonder what he had just gotten himself into. As the days passed, the tension between the two brothers grew. Prince Charm became increasingly paranoid and isolated, while Prince Finn grew more confident and determined. It was clear that only one of them could claim the throne. But which one would it be? The fate of the kingdom hung in the balance, as the two brothers.
