Todd's POV
"Good evening, Alpha Todd. How may I help you tonight?" The omega at the counter asks me.
"Could I please get two of everything that is on your menu? My wife is ravenous," I tell her.
She smiles at me and places the order. Adding up the total, she says, "The total is $200. Would you like us to pack all these into boxes for you?"
"That would be nice. And could you load them into the truck and bring them to the house for me since I don't have room in my car for them?" I request, and she nods her head at me.
I sit down, waiting for the food to be cooked and look at my phone to see that Selene is calling me. I pick up the phone. "Yes, Luna Selene, what is it?"
"Samantha is complaining that you are taking too long."
"Well, I ordered two of everything, and the food is being cooked fresh for her."
"I will tell her that you will be back within the hour," she says and hangs up the phone.
"Your food is ready, Alpha." The lady at the counter tells me after some time, as her delivery driver is loading up his truck with twenty boxes of food.
"Thank you," I say, as I pay for the food and head out to my car.
I get into my car and head home with the delivery truck following me home. I pull into the driveway, followed by the delivery driver, and my father walks out of the house.
"Son, what did you do? Buy out the whole restaurant?" He laughs and helps me carry in the boxes of food.
"No, Dad, only two of everything that they had on the menu," I tell him.
I take one of the boxes up to my room and open the door, smiling at my beautiful mate. "Samantha, my love, I brought food."
She looks up at me and smiles. "It is about time. I'm starving." She growls at me and reaches for the food.
The Next Day
Samantha's POV
"Todd, I don't think I can get out of bed to go with our parents. I am huge, and I feel ugly," I say, not wanting to move.
"You are not ugly or huge, and we are getting out of bed and going with our parents," he tells me.
"I can't move. Love, I am too tired."
"I will carry you," he says while picking me up.
I cuddle up to his chest as much as I can with my vast belly. "We can't go with them in our nightclothes,” I laugh.
"I wasn't planning on that," he says, carrying me into the bathroom and gently setting me down on the toilet. "We are going to get you in the shower and changed first." He turns on the water in the shower, testing the temperature before helping me out of my nightclothes.
"While I'm taking a shower, would you go and get breakfast ready? I am starving," I tell him as he helps me into the shower.
"Yes, love," he replies. After he gets me in the shower, he leaves the room, and I stand there, letting the water calm my muscles down. I look down at my belly and start rubbing it. "Mama's here, little ones, and I will always be here for you," I whisper to my pups in my stomach, feeling them calm down a little bit.
"Are you going to stay in the shower all day?" Todd jokes after he comes back. I turn off the shower, and he helps me out and starts drying my hair for me.
"Is the food ready?" I ask.
"It will be when I get you downstairs, love,” he claims, making me laugh. Then he helps me dress and picks me up to carry me downstairs.
"Ah, food!" I say, looking at all the food laid out on the kitchen table.
Todd sets me down in my seat and starts filling a plate of food for me. "Here you go, my queen," he says while placing the plate down in front of me.
"Oh my, this tastes good!” And I start stuffing my mouth.
Todd's POV
I watch as my mate eats her breakfast. "Love, our parents, are waiting for us out in the car to go with them," I tell her, smiling.
"Let us go, then, but make sure you bring food with you."
I pick her up in my arms to carry her out to the car.
"Mom, Dad, we will follow you in our car," I say to my parents.
"Okay, son, it is not that far of a drive," my father tells me.
We follow our parents in our car to the boundary line of the Blue Moon and White Moon packs and see a house that wasn't there before.
"Wow, look at that house," I whispered to Samantha, and I can see the love in her eyes.
"It is huge. I wonder whose house that is," Samantha says.
When we get there, and all get out of our cars, my father’s beta, Walter, smiles at us. "This house is our gift to the new Alpha and Luna of the White-Blue Moon pack."
"What do you mean by that?" Samantha asks.
"What we mean is welcome to your new house, children," our parents say as they walk up to the front door and open it up for us to walk in.
I carry Samantha over the threshold of the grand house, looking around. "This is ours?" I ask, and they all nod with smiles on their faces.
"We have another gift for the babies," Selene says.
"Do you want to see it?" My mother asks.
"Why not?" Samantha says while rubbing her belly.
I place my hand on her stomach smiling at her. "Let us go," I say to our parents.
They lead us to the nearest elevator, and we all get in.
We go up to the second floor and get out. Our parents lead us down to the end of the hallway to a set of double doors, and open them up, revealing a beautiful nursery with everything that is needed for the twins.
"Wow," Samantha whispers with tears in her eyes. "This is gorgeous! Thank you so much!"
The nursery is set up in both pink and blue, just for the twins. We are delighted that our parents did this for us.
Then my pelvis starts to cramp.
"Ow!" Samantha cries out and doubles over right after seeing the nursery.
"What's wrong, love, are the babies kicking?" I ask her with concern.
Samantha starts breathing heavy with tears in her eyes, and I look down and see a puddle beneath her.
"MOM, DAD! GET IN HERE. I THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH SAMANTHA AND THE BABIES!" I yell, not knowing what to do.
Our parents run into the room and look shocked. "You still have a week before they are due. Todd, get her to the doctor now," my father says. "We will be right behind you, now go."
I scoop Samantha up into my arms and run out of the house, carrying her to the hospital without wasting any time with getting in the car. Running into the hospital, I call out that I need the doctor right away.
"What’s going on, Alpha?" Doctor Sandra asks, running out to the front desk.
"I think Samantha is in labor," I tell her with tears in my eyes.
"Bring her to the delivery room," Sandra instructs me.
I carry Samantha to the delivery room, and our parents are right behind us.
"Okay, Todd, you need to keep Samantha and her wolf calm so that we can deliver these babies quickly," the doctor instructs me.
"Yes, ma'am," I say, holding Samantha’s hand as she squeezes hard.
"Okay, Samantha, you need to push on three." She counts to three, and Samantha starts to push, nearly breaking my hand while doing so.
Crying sounds are heard, and Sandra is holding up our son. "One baby down! Now push again, Samantha, so that his sister can join him," Sandra instructs, and my mom takes the baby away and clothes him in a blue blanket.
Our baby girl enters the room, crying her lungs out. The doctor smiles at Samantha. "You did a wonderful job, Samantha! Rest for a few hours, and you can go home with the babies."
