“Yeah. My plane is leaving in about an hour.” I said to Drew on the phone, “I should be there about four hours with waiting. I would appreciate it if you were there to pick me up.”
I was sitting on one of the chairs outside the gate where my plane is going to be soon. My legs were shaking and I can shake this tightness in my chest. Last night didn’t go as planned. What I wanted to do was make sure he was okay. I know Aiden can handle himself, that much is evident, but that doesn’t stop my fear of something happening to him.
Because Jonas was dangerous, regardless of what Aiden could do. I wouldn’t have put it past him to do something drastic to make sure Aiden was taken out but luck was on our side and Jonas was kind of caught off guard.
