I slammed my legs shut but not before I saw Eden's nostrils flare, his heated gaze lifting to meet my wide eyes. He stood and began rummaging through the kitchen drawers. When he found what he had been searching for, he walked back around in front of me and shoved a wooden spoon in my face. "Bite down on this." "Don't you have anything else for the pain?" I asked, scared. "Oh," he mused as he opened a suture kit with a menacing-looking curved needle in it. "There are definitely a few ways I could distract you from the pain, but it would be rather difficult to stitch you up with my face between your legs. Though, perhaps I could call Austin in here for you? I've heard his bedside manner is a bit better than mine." So that was the other man's name. As if summoned, he appeared. Austin
