"Good morning, Alpha Zeus," the head maid greeted me with an astonished look on her face.
Six days had passed after Rose's execution, and I hadn't seen Amber. She wasn't supposed to be there; I had specifically instructed Argus to keep the execution quiet, but he never listened to me.
