Zeus's POV.
The moment I walked back into the mansion, Argus ran up to me, he looked worried, his complexion, pale, as if he'd seen something that scared him.
"Where have you been? The whole mansion has been worried sick and searching for you. Why would you leave your room in this state?" Argus whined as he approached.
He held onto me as his eyes scanned the length of my body, his gaze lingered on the bandages but he didn't let go until he was convinced I wasn't hurt.
Three guards hurried outside to join us.
They were my personal guards, and with the look of things it seemed like they'd been blamed when Argus couldn't find me in my room. They bowed and stuck close to my side.
After what just happened, I made a mental note to myself that any attempt to sneak out without them around
