I paced the length of my study angrily, I was still very much upset with what happened last night and I was desperate to get rid of Xane.
“Calm down Zeus, it’s not like you can kick him right out the door.” Jonathan said softly as he took his seat in front of me. I had sent for him the moment I arrived in my study that morning.
“And who says I cannot do that?” I shot back.
“What would you tell the elders after that? Huh! When they want to know why you kicked the subordinate Alpha of a subordinate Pack under you out of the moon celebration, please tell me what you would tell them?” Jonathan inquired.
