Derib's informant at the border and the market sent a note to him that there have been increase in humans especially men coming into the town and the weird part was that although they all came with the disguise of coming to the market, the total amount of people returning was not equal to the total of those that came.
He reported this immediately to Prince Jaqen when he got the note and the Prince thought for a while.
"If humans are coming into the town with the disguise of market and they are not going back in equal amount then that means they are using it as a means to smuggle human into the pack," Prince Jaqen remarked.
