SLOANE'S POV
Dinner was chicken soup. It was just the perfect meal, after a long day of touring.
Jasper showed me a lot of places and things I never thought I'd see in this lifetime and it made me feel grateful for deciding to venture out.
"Credit to me." Scarlett said. "You never would've left on your own accord."
"Yeah." I agreed. "Thanks for that."
"You're welcome."
Thalia and Toby soon arrived for dinner, they were chatting and giggling in low voices about who knew what.
"They seem to be getting closer." Scarlett said.
"Yeah." I smiled. "I can't believe he's having so much fun without me."
"Are you being jealous right now?" Scarlett laughed.
"What?" I chuckled. "That's a ridiculous emotion I'd never harbour."
