SLOANE'S POV
Preparations for the annual peace banquet proceeded smoothly. The council had assigned two people to help me, Harry and Kate.
They were both omegas who had a good degree in event planning. I also had Thalia and Mateo helping.
We made sure to spare at least an hour everyday to put our ideas together, and so far we'd come up with a lot of fun ideas.
New games, new recipes and even designs.
Thalia was in charge of the snacks, especially the pastries.
Honestly, planning the banquet was fun. It was like taking a vacation and exploring.
I took a break from sitting behind a desk and going through files. What I did now was explore and come up with creative ideas.
Since I was in charge of this event, I would make sure it was the best one ever held.
