SLOANE'S POV
For the two days following, I made sure Toby never left my side, not even once. Not even when I had to use the restroom.
Penelope was a cunning person, she was ready to take advantage of even the slightest opportunity.
I knew that very well and made sure to never let my guard down.
"This whole thing is making me nauseous Sloane," Scarlett whined. "Isn't she returning to Riverdale?"
"I don't know," I mumbled, trimming Toby's toe nails. "She clearly has a lot more than visiting to do here."
