THALIA'S POV
"Toby, more sugar." I opened my hand and waited for him to hand me the pack of sugar.
When he did, I poured it into the batter in a bowl and continued stirring like my life depended on that.
We were making a chocolate cake for Sloane, and with Ms. Lisa's excellent recipe and Garette's topnotch ingredients, I had no doubt it would turn out fine.
"Find the other flavour in the fridge," I said to Toby. "Your mom likes chocolate, remember?"
"I know." He nodded, but how am I supposed to find it?"
Right, he's a kid. I almost forgot that.
"Hey you!" I called the omega standing outside. "Find me the flavour in the fridge."
