SLOANE'S POV
It was late noon when I got back to the Northern kingdom.
I had thought my time in Silver Crescent would be a bit of a burden to me. But funny enough, it was like a memorable vacation in spring.
I had the best time of my life, especially at the council meeting. It felt good to know that all the efforts I'd put in place didn't go to waste.
Two omegas took my luggage inside as soon as I arrived, reminding me I was back to the place where everyone spoiled me.
I needed to see Cassian, and thank him for everything. I probably wouldn't have achieved much without his help.
