“You want to kill us dad?” Juan asks as the siblings spring onto their feet. “We knew it'd come to this and—”
“Stop bluffing young man, no one is after your life!” the Alpha cuts him short.
“Ah!” they're both panting heavily in relief. They thought their dad was referring to them.
“But you two will be in big trouble if I find out that you're already told anyone else.” he warns.
“We haven't told anyone dad, I cross my heart!” Tina says as she regains her composure and then sits back on the couch.
“I want to believe that you haven't told your friends Joe and Vivian!” he repeats.
“No dad, we haven't.” Juan replies. “But if I may ask, why do you want Samantha and Gary dead?” he asks.
