Amelie’s POV
We make it to the hospital in record time. Nathan swipes his card into the VIP parking lot.
“Special parking, impressive,” I joked.
“Well, when you donate a wing to the hospital, you tend to get a few perks,” he winked.
“An entire wing?” I looked at him wide-eyed.
“We, as a company, believe in supporting the community. We give back 10% of our profits to charitable endeavors,” Nathan proudly stated.
“That’s incredible! Such an amazing thing,” I beamed at him.
I think I saw him blush. It was the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen.
After parking, we head towards the hospital's front doors.
“I need to stop at the café,” Nathan said. “My grandfather doesn’t let me in his room without a coffee. It’s our thing.”
