Amelie’s POV
We followed Desiree down to Nathan’s office. Wow. She had a whole display set up, even a mocked-up table setting. It’s absolutely beautiful.
“So, first things first, Amelie,” Desiree said, “Nathan has advised me that money is not an issue. Basically, your every wish and want will be fulfilled.”
I turned to Nathan, “Nathan, that isn’t necessary.”
“Nothing but the best for my angel,” he stated as he grabbed my hand and kissed it.
I grinned at him and had a seat at the table.
“Oh, Nathan, I forgot to mention, Kimmy is now a bridesmaid,” I uttered, biting my lip.
“She is, is she?” Nathan chuckled and pulled my lip out of my teeth. “I kind of thought she would be.”
