Ethan could barely control his rising anger as he listened to her story, how could that bastard do this to her, he was mad, the bastard had escaped punishment by dying an easy death,he was sure to have given him a punishment worse than death, he would have skinned him alive if he was still alive, and he also blamed himself for not coming sooner, maybe she wouldn't have to experience that if he had come sooner. but even as he said that, he knew deep down that it was impossible,Five years ago, he just took over the business and had to fight a lot of people opposing his position, he couldn't have come any sooner.

Lucio's friend. he was never caught she said through gritted teeth, he disappeared before the police arrived and with Lucio dead,there was no way to trace him.do u know his name? Ethan watch her peaceful sleeping face as she continued to lay in arms,he didn't sleep or move afraid he might wake her up. the next morning,Daina slowly opened her eyes, to see she was being held by a strong powerful hand,confused she looked up to see the brilliant deep grey eyes smiling down at her.good morning sleeping beauty ,he teased, She moved away from him quickly, embarrassed that she fell asleep in his arms, why didn't you wake me up, she scolded, he laughed at her flushed face, you look so adorable when you blush, get out she said, ok ok, wash up and come down for breakfast, let's eat before we leave. she went to the bathroom and splashed water on her face .

after breakfast they went to the villa together,she was nervous, thinking about her father's reaction makes her tense,he must be really angry with her that she ruined his perfect dinner and embarrassed him. sensing her nervousness, Ethan held her hand in his, giving it a little squeeze reassuring her that everything will be fine. she smiled thankful for his support. they went in as the maid lily opened the door, surprised to see this handsome stranger holding hands with her she looked at them suspiciously,Daina ignoring her gossiping eyes decided to walk pass her.

Mrs Susan was the first to see them as she has been worried sick about her daughter running off last night.mom Diana broke free from Ethan as she hugged her mum, sweetheart are you alright? I was so worried about you and you didn't care to call me. am sorry mum, I was just too upset to think straight, I promise it won't happen again, you better don't do that to me again Mrs Suzan scolded as she hugged her more, then she pulled away and looked at Ethan with shocked expression, Ethan, it's really you, oh my God,how have you been, you have turned out to be quite a handsome man, you are so tall I have to strain my head to look at u , she teased,am really glad to see you.

Ethan smiled back and gave her a hug, glad to see you too aunty Suzan , u look just as beautiful and young as ever he commented,as they were all laughing Adams came down, Ethan, hello brother Ethan said dryly, he was mad at his brother for many things and wasn't about to pretend like everything was fine. Adams sensing his distance didn't go for a hug, instead he gave him his hand to shake. how have you been little brother, Ethan shook his hand and replied in a sharp tone, very well big brother.
