CHAPTER TEN:
EVIL PLOTS
Once back to Miss Tina’s house, the three losing contestants planned to kill Pauline. To achieve such a wicked desire, Miss Tina hired the service of a certain bricklayer named Mark, not for construction purpose, but for killing purpose.
Their meeting took place privately at her house. Mark was actually Miss Bella’s cousin. Miss Tina offered her guest some copious breakfast and discussed the deal an hour later.
“ Can I assign you to kill Pauline for me, so that I pay you handsomely?” she asked point blank, drinking water from a jug.
Mark laughed.
“ Pauline!” he said, vehement. “Oh, I can kill her easily! How do you want her dead, Miss Tina?”
Miss Tina thought for a while, drank water for a second time and gave her answer out to him.
“ Stab her to death.”
